Monitoring -: Our systems are monitored by a U.L. listed central station by staff who is highly trained to handle all emergency situations. Appropriate authorities will be dispatched in the event of a police, fire or personal emergency. Alarmguard Security offers competitive rates and no long term contracts.
Long Range Radio/Cellular Back-Up -: In the event of phone line failure or cut, the alarm signal would be transmitted by the radio or cellular back-up. Under certain circumstances, alarm signals can be monitored without a phone line.
Opening/Closing Reports -: Opening/closing reports provide a detailed history of when a system is armed and disarmed by date, time and user. Reports can be provided by paper copy or emailed, and either weekly or monthly.
Service and Repair -: Experienced technicians are on call 24 hours a day and provide service on most brands.
Fire System Inspections -: Alarmguard technicians perform scheduled annual fire inspections of U.L. fire systems as required by local codes.
Insurance Certificates -: Most insurance companies offer discounts for the installation and monitoring of alarm systems. Please call our office to request a certificate be sent to your insurance company.
Referral Program -: For every referral that results in the sale of a monitored alarm system, Alarmguard will give you 3 months of monitoring FREE!
Product Showroom -: If you are having a hard time deciding what products to install in your home or business, schedule a time to come by our office and look at our showroom. Our facility offers demos of our various products, including security, cameras, surround sound, home theater and whole house audio.
